Jax Spine & Pain Centers is proud to host a pain support group for anyone in pain. Living with chronic pain affects you physically, mentally, and emotionally. You don’t have to do it alone.

The Back To Life Support Group is a place to connect with others, hear from speakers, and share your story (if you want to). You don’t have to be a Jax Spine & Pain Centers patient to attend our pain support group meetings. All our welcome and friends and family members are also encouraged to join.

  • When: 1st Friday of every month from 1-2pm EST
  • Where: Jax Spine & Pain Centers JTB/Kernan location
