Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We are currently accepting new patients and would be honored to be part of your care team. Our pain management doctors and medical staff are experts in diagnosing and treating pain. Please call our office or fill out the form below to schedule an appointment.

Do I need a referral?

Some insurance plans require you to have a referral to see specialists like pain management physicians. Check with your insurance provider to find out if you need a referral to come see us. If you’d rather not go through your insurance provider, we have self pay rates available. Call our office for more information.

Do you accept medicare?

Yes! We are proud to accept medicare.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We respect our patients’ time and are committed to offering efficient service. Therefore, we are unable to accept walk-ins, as they disrupt the schedule and cause delays for patients with scheduled appointments. However, in some extreme cases, such as a compression fracture, we can offer same day appointments.

Do I need an appointment if I only need my prescription filled?

Yes. Even if you only need a prescription refilled, it is important to come in and meet with one of our care providers. Pain is ever-evolving and we need to stay up to date on your pain experience so we are better able to treat you effectively.
