Why I Chose Pain Management

“I was initially drawn to Pain Medicine through the encouragement of senior faculty during my residency. I decided to pursue a subspecialty fellowship because I enjoyed the novelty of patient conditions and utilizing the art of medicine to solve unique problems. The number of conditions we can treat without general anesthesia and surgery is expanding, and it really is an exciting time to practice in this forward-looking field.”
