Telemedicine is real time interactive communication between the patient and the physician or practitioner at a distant site.

Instructions For Accessing Telemedicine Appointments

Step-by-step instructions for connecting to your provider through our telemedicine portal

  1. The day prior to your scheduled Tele-medicine appointment with your provider, you will receive a text request from Celeri with an invitation to complete your PROMIS evaluation. Please complete this evaluation completely.
  2. On the day of your scheduled appointment, you the provider’s MA will contact you. The MA will obtain your New Medical History and other intake information to update your chart.
  3. After your MA obtains your information and when your provider is ready for your appointment a text invitation will be sent to the cell phone you have provided.
  4. Click on invitation. This will open your browser. Either Chrome or Safari as example: You may be asked to test your connection. Make sure you are using correct video and audio for your device.

 

Follow prompts:

      • Enter your name.
      • Allow the permission for both AUDIO and VIDEO access. JAXSPINE.DOXY.ME Would like to Access the Microphone and Camera.

      • You will then be placed in the virtual waiting room.
      • When your provider is ready for your visit you will get a white screen with a loading symbol prior to video starting.
      • Once your visit is complete, you will click on the RED TELEPHONE icon at the bottom of the screen to disconnect.

 

REMEMBER

  • Complete Celeri evaluation prior to contact from provider.
  • You will receive the text about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
