Jax Spine & Pain Centers ‘North’ location is inside the UF Health North Building located on Max Leggett Parkway. Located on the fifth floor, Jax Spine & Pain has occupied this space since the building opened and is home to Northeast Florida’s premier pain management providers. We treat all pain conditions and strive to deliver cost-effective treatment options even offering in-office procedures. Jax Spine & Pain Centers’ practice of advanced techniques, individualized care and patient education are just some of the ways we show patient care comes first.
