Jax Spine & Pain Centers ‘Main’ location is near the St. Johns Town Center not far from Gate Parkway. Located on the second floor of the Center One building, Jax Spine & Pain has occupied this space for more than 15 years and is home to Northeast Florida’s premier pain management providers. We treat all pain conditions and strive to deliver cost-effective treatment options even offering in-office procedures. Jax Spine & Pain Centers’ practice of advanced techniques, individualized care and patient education are just some of the ways we show patient care comes first. All of our Doctors are Double Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
