Jax Spine & Pain Centers ‘Main’ location is near the St. Johns Town Center not far from Gate Parkway. Located on the second floor of the Center One building, Jax Spine & Pain has occupied this space for more than 15 years and is home to Northeast Florida’s premier pain management providers. We treat all pain conditions and strive to deliver cost-effective treatment options even offering in-office procedures. Jax Spine & Pain Centers’ practice of advanced techniques, individualized care and patient education are just some of the ways we show patient care comes first.
