Why I Chose Pain Management

I am ecstatic to be a part of the team at Jax Spine & Pain. My diverse nursing career in critical care and most recently my experience in Level I Trauma and Neurosurgical Intensive Care services has giving me a firsthand look at the effect that accidents and injuries can have not only on the patient’s health but also their quality of life.

What excites me most about a career in interventional pain management is having the opportunity to do what I love most as a clinician and that is educating my patients on the disease pathology/condition and to collaboratively develop evidence-based care plans that ultimately help them reach a functional pain goal and improve their quality of life.
